Been using a dry 150 shot on my 94 302 pushrod for over 10 years ---- no problems.Have safeties in place with fuel pressure switch.rpm switch(3K-6K=on rpm) and a fuel pressure gauge inside.Also use a boost pump and a 195 lph tank pump.Its an old NOS system From the mid 90's but works great.I also use an octane boost or some racing fuel when using it with the timing retarded to 8 Degrees initial. I dont see why you should worry about your setup,go for it!!!
