Without trying to sound argumentative or apprehensive, transmissions are mechanical devices. They have to warm up. Oil is thick, gears and metal parts need a chance to become adjusted to anticipated conditions. Not much different than the human body. You wouldn't jump out of bed and immediately run a 100 yard dash. Would you ?
Respectively, your transmission should not be expected to perform perfectly, when it just gets out of bed. just my .02 for what ever its worth.
