2014 GT clutch pedal on the floor

I had some earlier complaints about clutch engagement on this car, but now that the temperatures outside have dropped, I have a new problem. When I go outside to start the car in the morning, the clutch pedal is about 3/4" off the floor. I have to pull it up and pump it a few times to get decent pedal. After that, it drives just fine. I have tried with/without the helper spring installed and the problem is much the same either way. No leaks (unless it is inside the bellhousing) that I can see and no appreciable drop in fluid level. It seems like a master cylinder issue - if it was just air in the line, I couldn't solve it by pumping the pedal a few times.

I didn't find any threads with this exact issue, so I was wondering if anyone else had similar problems. I will take it to the dealer for a look and report back.
