It comes with studs for the mid pipe, all the Nuts and studs to attach them to the heads are what you take off.
Make sure you put all the studs back into the head before putting the header on, the passenger side lower nut on the back port needs to be put on before you tighten any of the others. All the nuts can be done from the top except for the lower on number 6 (Back Drivers side).
It is pretty straight forward, make sure you have a breaker bar and a couple of long extensions to break the mid pipe to exhaust manifold nuts loose.
