You can also get false alarms from sensors for whatever reasons especially in the cold weather. My Honda van did this occasionally and was never low.

Like others said check once a month, will need a few pounds every couple of months normally with air.

Think most sensors are supposed to trigger around 25% low which is really a lot of psi down.
