Poor thing... I would hope that there would be snow on a mountain.
So, what you're telling us is that you have to get high to see snow?
I'll explaine, you see I live in the coastal region just north of San Diego and the elevations go from sea-level to about 6,000', I was working at about 4,000' which is about as low as the snow gets, but driving around you can see the tops of the local and northern ranges and see the snow about 50 or so miles away to the north.
