Securing Subwoofer in Trunk

I recently had a sub installed in the trunk. Rockford Fosgate P300-10. ($169 Amazon.com, highly recommend it). It's in the rear passenger side, where the stock shaker subs sit, facing out to the trunk. It is secured to the carpet with velcro, which does keep it from sliding around. I am concerned about it tipping over. Anyone have advice on securing it? I have seen suggestions of 'L' brackets, straps, bungee cords, etc. I'm curious if anyone has used the existing bolt(s) on the side of the trunk that the Shaker and Kicker/JL/MTX systems use, as pictured? I want to avoid any drilling into the box. Your help/suggestions are appreciated.
