Do you mean the right speaker cuts out and comes back on when you turn the volume up? If that is the case yes I experienced this in two Saturn's I used to own. I think it's either speaker wire connection issue or a bad speaker perhaps. Had the radio replaced in one car under warranty but that did not fix the problem so it wasn't the radio. Wasn't a real issue with me as the stock radios in those cars are not good so never did troubleshoot it.
