I voted no. I am always a little hesitant of buying a used performance car, not knowing how the previous owner/owners drove it. With my suspension upgrades, I should easily outhandle the older Shelby, and that would at least come close to making up for the 80 HP less on a road course. Ad a tune with the mods, real close on HP, and then add a mild supercharger or turbo set up and would then have better handling, more power, and nicer interior.
