The 2010 brochure indicates that for that model year, the V6 models did not have a limited-slip differential as standard, whereas the GTs and GT500s did.

From 2011 forward, again according to the brochures, all Mustang models (V6, GT, Boss 302, and GT500) have limited-slip regardless of transmission or rear end gear ratio.
