Looks like the audio control module needs to be reprogrammed

I know i can have the Audio Control Unit reprogrammed to use the steering control, but not all dealers agree to do this. So i found an a CD unit from a 2013, as they all come with steering wheel controls, and installed in my car. But that does not work, just works like the original radio. I have read in the forums of some people doing that kind of swap and it worked.

Need help please.... toughts?
