Wow that seriously sucks. I've had a few of their products, but never had on break luckily. Go with Corsa next time!! AWESOME customer service. A piece somehow broke loose in one of my exhausts one time and rattled around inside of the exhaust like crazy and make a noticeable noise, very annoying. Called up Corsa and after a few phone calls and emails I had a whole new system (both sides!) shipped out to me!! All I had to do was email them a picture of my existing exhaust and that was it! Normally, they require a receipt for proof of purchase, but it had been so long I could not find mine and they still worked it out with me! They were very helpful, friendly, and stuck by their products AND warranty!
