I think that it's individual and subjective regarding as to what feels/handles better. My 2014 GT handles and feels better to me with the brace installed. I have two 2014's, and I can do instant comparisons by driving one with the brace, and one without immediately thereafter.

FOR ME... handling FEELS more precise and predictable with the brace installed.

I've learned not to make any absolute claims about this (others will be quick to point out how they think I'm an idiot for feeling the brace is an enhancement).

I like the feel/handling with the brace better than without.
