It actually the more I have driven it today the more I find the issue(s). The clutch under pressure is harder to depress and actual if shifting 1-2 and 2-3 in WOT and fast the clutch gets stuck and doesn't fullly come back up. Also I get locked out of gears as well under these conditions...
Have a separate issue that I just noticed a short bit ago on the way home will post that in a separate thread I guess shortly.
