Get new tires on the old rims unless you go with wider tires that require a wider width. Then get it aligned and the suspension inspected. That should solve your problem. I doubt something is wrong with the suspension unless you have been hitting curbs and large pot holes.

The alignment won't get out of wack unless you hit curbs and large potholes.
