Thanks for the input. I bought the tires at Discount Tire and I'll probably start by taking that tire back next week and have them try to remount the tire. If that doesn't work I may look to have the set road force balanced after that.
I don't move wheels and tires in the back of the pickup very often. I wasn't worried about them being damaged during loading as much as I was making sure the techs at the store didn't damage them during installation.
Its discount tire. take you car back, talk to them about how much weight it needed. If they don't do anything or say that's normal get the manager. He will get someone to ridematch (roadforce) balance it. whether its just that one or all of them. I used to work there. It doesn't take very long. we would have done it before putting that amount of weight on.
