Yeah, danged ole talking bout those storms man.
I'm in college Station and every morning I see a fleet of airboats heading south towards Houston. There have been lots of volunteers, strangers helping strangers. It's nice to see, but it's a shame it takes a catastrophe to make people come together. However, generally speaking Texans will usually stick together.
The rain is over for a while but all of the flood waters from Houston are flooding the rivers south of. My in laws are in fairly deep do-do, they're on the gulf coast south of Houston about 30 miles west of the coast. The Colorado River is on its way to their front porch.
