Cool Imgur not working?

Just like 'swooshdave', my Imgur links aren't working! In addition, all my Imgur links from the past that were working are now dead. No pics showing up. I do have some Photobucket links from waaay back that do work however, a return to Photobucket is NOT gonna happen! Can you guys take action here? Please respond.
BTW, great site! I've been on here for years.

Cool

OK, I tested in the 'test area' and the link came up. If I click on the link I get a full sized pic however, prior to this I would copy that same link from my Imgur account, post to a thread and the full sized pic would appear, negating the need to click on the link in the post. Much more convenient that way for others to see the pics. It's kinda a pain having to click on a link in the post for every picture.
Any way we can return to that procedure?

In addition, the links in my older posts did not appear either!

Sorry for the late reply,

Can you paste the imgur links here?
I'll give it a test on my end.

I just posted 'A second Imgur test' in the test area. It's the same as the first one. You have to click on the link to produce a pic. Again, when I hit preview or reply the link gets shortened and highlighted and that's what you see in the 'test area' posts.

I copied and pasted the original, longer link from my Imgur account to two other websites and a full sized pic came up immediately.

Please explain to me what your imgur website has to do with Mustangs!!!
Excuse me, I'm over 50. Maybe I'm missing the importance of this.

You're excused. I'm 63. Imgur is a photohosting website where you can store then post your pictures to internet forums, like this one. Looks like I may be restoring my '93 5.0 ragtop and I wanna make a build thread to document the process. Pics are a necessity, hence the Imgur issue.

Hello there,

First, give this a try and see if my image in post 8 shows up: https://kb.iu.edu/d/bdny
Afterward, click on the "insert image" icon on the toolbar, and paste the image link there with "https"
Simply copying and pasting the link in the reply box will not make the image appear.

Ed,
Your link sent me to Indiana Univ knowledge base.
I clicked on the 'insert image' icon in the quick reply box and pasted my Imgur link and nothing happened. Actually tried all the Imgur links. Never had to do that before, anyhow. Worked fine until a couple of days ago.

Hmm okay I'm seeing the issue,

Can you click on the Indiana Univ knowledge base link I sent you?
Please give that a try on your browser.
That should make the image appear.
