Question 2000 Mustang V6 PATS problem.

Hi !

I don't get my Mustang runing. Car start and spark comes, but there is no power on camshaft position sensor and -> no puse on injectors, is that cause PATS is on. My car is FLOOD car what I'm repairing now allmoust 2 years, I have rebuilt it new engine and change PCM ecu , GEM and Instrument cluster, all parts are used and cluster is different car. So how I can bypass PATS ??
I' want get it running and drive it, Please help me !!
