1998 Mustang Mach 460 Rewiring

I have a 1998 Mustang GT Convertible with the Mach 460 sound system. I want to replace the head unit, the 4 speakers in the door panel and the rear, and add an amp and subwoofer. I'm having trouble figuring out what's the best way going about rewiring the system, and how to remove the door panels to rewire the system. Could somebody explain how to rewire the system to bypass the Mach 460 amps? Thanks!
