Wiring question for pioneer HU

I know this has been covered before, and I have tried to find the answer but I am just not getting it. Sorry for a repetitive post but I just want to get it right the first time.

I have an 05 mustang with shaker 500. I am replacing it with a pioneer 3200. I am going to install the voltage regulator and have a metra 70-5521. I take the blue/white frome the 16 pin pioneer harness and solder to one side of regulator, and then take the two blue/white wires on the small metra harness and go to the other side with ground in the middle, but where does the blue/white on the big metra harness go?

Also, is the light green on the pioneer harness a ground along with black?

Thanks in advance for the clarification
