American Muscle 2007+ TPMS syncing trouble!!!

I dont know if anyone here is familiar with the TPMS syncing tool from American Muscle. I bought four new wheels and tires mounted and balanced from them about a week ago and i also got the tpms syncing tool bc these aren't oem wheels. I followed the instructions accordingly and still no luck. The car beeps after i turn the key three times, press the brakes and turn the key 3 more times but it does not give me the instructions under the speedometer like shown in the video. I still try to sync by using the little remote with the green button but nothing happens. And finally when im fustrated and done trying i take the key out and it beeps two times. i dont know what is wrong, but its very fustrating. Something this simple should take only a couple minutes, if that. and this is for my parent's 2010 mustang.

There is an order in which you sync them. I believe it's on the DVD that comes with it. I believe it's driver front, passenger front, passenger back, driver back. A circle. Atleast that's how I recall doing it on mine. Maybe re-watch the video.
