Okay well im in need of some new subs and i have an amp already i just want to up grade so...

Will these subwoofers Kenwood - KFC-W3013PS

I think they should be okay i just want to double check myself and see what other people say
i was going to run the subwoofers in parallel if i can.

You should always compare the RMS power ratings of both. In your case, the AMP will be putting out 300W RMS per channel at 4OHMs.

Each of the subs can take 400W RMS and are 4OHMs. So it will work, but you won't be getting them to max power.

I'd suggest that the amp you've selected will power a single sub adequately. If you run them in parallel, you'll theoretically get the 2OHM output which is 500W RMS-- 250 to each speaker which can handle 400.

You might be happier stepping up the amp a little, or just sticking with 1 sub.

One more question for the subs they say for Recommended Enclosure is 1.25cft i have a walmart brand box that seem to be fine and they say its 1.25 cft.
so do you guys recommend any ported boxes that have 1.5 cft? that will fit a mustang convertible :p
