rear speaker wiring question

I have a 94 mustang gt that came with the factory macho 460 but all the speakers were gutted out before I got the car. I already replaced the front speakers but I wanted to know if there is any way I can tap into any of those wiring harnesses that are in the trunk or do I have to run wires from the head unit
