amps/bass not working with aftermarker head unit shaker 1000

i just got the avic z130bt put in, and now my box in the trunk isnt kicking at all. anyone know why/got any suggestions? thanks all!

what year? did you/they use the proper harness with rca connections for the subs? if so were connected to the headunit sub outputs? last Friday I installed an x930bt using the PAC C2R-FRD1 to retain the factory amp(s) and my door subs sound amazing now. Im assuming something is not connected

my guess would be something isnt hooked up right but a car audio place should be able to help you out there
