Installing Trunk Subwoofers to Shaker 500 with aftermarket headunit

I had a question about adding a truck sub and amp to the shaker 500 system. Here is what I got

Headunit-AVIC 310BT – has front out (left and right) and rear/sub out (left and right)
PAC Harness with the diode (it’s just one RCA going into the headunits sub out left) The PAC’s other RCA (purple) is taped off, I read somewhere best to do that
Door Subs – Shelby Kicker
Door Amps – Factory OEM
Door speakers – Pioneer 3 way
Rear speakers – Infinity 2 way

If I wanted to put an Infinity Basslink in the trunk, would the basslink rca go into the headunits sub out right (left is taken), front out, or sub out left using a Y-cable.

Would moving the door sub (PAC) RCA to the front out be a good idea? I think I read someone did this and messed around with the HPF and LPF settings

Is using the front out on a headunit for a sub/amp even possible?

My Infinity rear speakers have some pretty good bass to them. What is the best HPF and LPF settings to use to get low bass from trunk subs, some bass from doors subs, and some bass from rear speakers. Preferably no bass from door speakers.

Last question – you know how we had to put the diode on the PAC harness to stop the cutting sound/flashing screen at med-high volumes, well it worked. But at extremely high volumes it cuts/flashes the screen. Would putting an extra diode solve that? If so what would 2 diodes wired together look like.
