replacing factory amps with aftermarket.

I'm fixing to replace the factory amps in my 01 mustang conv. I want to know if the factory wiring harness will support an aftermarket amp. Or will I need to get an amp install kit? mainly for the power of the amps.
I have an aftermarket head unit that has 3 sets of rca outputs. ( front, rear and sub) I'm installing a 4 channel amp for the speakers ( new kicker ds ) and a seperate amp for the sub I'm going to put in the trunk. the amp for the speakers is a new Crunch 900watt. and the sub is a 1200watt. Will this pop a fuse? or not have enough power to supply the amp the power it needs. Just asking before I take the whole car apart and can't get to the shop for the install kits.
