Removing Shaker 500; Installing Double DIN Unit;Which cables do I need?

I have the Shaker 500 currently installed but my boss at work gave me this:

Jensen VM9424 Navigation receiver at Crutchfield.com

I have to buy the mounting bracket because we tried installing it to find out it would fit without and it didn't come with any. We noted that in the back of the Shaker 500 were 4 cables. 3 were plugs and 1 was the antenna cable. The only adapter he had was:

Scosche FD23B Wire Harness to Connect an Aftermarket Stereo

It only has one plug and is compatible with my vehicle. But that leaves 2 plugs untouched. My guess was the controlled functions such as voltage to the factory subs in the doors and what not. Can I just use this cable to do I need to get another one such as this:

2005-up Select Ford CAN Bus Stereo Replacement Interface

Great question. Hopefully someone responds that's done this successfully. I'd like to know the same thing.

About to swap mine out with the Scosche dash kit but was wondering if you had any links with pics about how to remove the factory radio, mainly the center console around the shifter on an automatic tranny?
