Exclamation 2000 mustang power drain

I keep having a dead battery every morning, I did the meter in series thing, I'm drawing .99 mAH, Pulled all the fuses in the engine compartment, the 40A one for the PCM killed everything to "0" When I did the pass, fuse block, it was the radio fuse which brought it down to 0.19, I have a radio problem Mach 460 system (which I've had since buying the car) where I have no left side speakers, bought a new (used radio, twice) and still no left side. I just bought the wiring schematics on cd for this car, so I assume all I can do now is start chasing wires and hopefully there are in-line fuses for the amps or something. I have no-idea what role the slave CD deck plays, if that can be the radio problem.... but the battery drain just started a month ago...........the radio has been on-going. Hope somebody can help.....
