Shaker 1000 problem

Need a little help here. I have a Shaker 1000 system. I have lost the ability to turn the shaker on and off. I have also lost the illumination on the radio as well as the setting for the road noise compensation. I also cannot use the Aux input anymore. This just happened over night. The radio work great but now the shaker system comes on when it wants to and goes off when it wants too.
I have ran the diagonistics on the radio via the keys on the front panel. I get no codes and the Radio will illuminate for a few seconds then go off. I was told to take it to the ford dealer and get it reflashed. I took it and the servide guy said he had never heard of such. That i need a new radio. I just dont buy that.

But where would that be? The radio still works. maybe I need to detail this a little more.

On the actual radio display screen.. I dont have the option to turn the skaer on and off. I dont have the option to turn the noise volume control on and off..and when I plug in my ipod to the aux in the console and push the aux button on the radio it says no aux found. and there are no lights on the radio at night other than the screen display. Sorry if I wasnt clear earlier.
