My stereo install with sub on a 03 convert

Hey all, just finished installing a stereo on my 03 cobra convert. I am posting this to help anyone wanting to do a sub because I had trouble finding any info on a sub for a convert. I used 2 sets of 6" componet spks, 2 amps, a new dvd head unit, 1 capacitor, and a 10"sub. The sub box is a ported type and built to the specs of the sub with 1.36 cu space. Dont mind the spelling. lol

Looks like a factory install, great job! Does the location of the sub have any effect on the sound? I've seen them in different locations and wondered if there is an optimal location.

If I would have vented the port in the cab I would get better sound, but I traded the sound for looks. I don't need earth pounding sound, my music taste is country. Also I have 600rms watts feeding the sub. It sounds great with the top up, but take the top down and you lose a lot of the sub effect.
