Installing aftermarket radio in 2002 Mustang

I bought a new radio to go in my car. The 2002 has the Mach stereo system in it. It took forever to find the connectors to even get it working. But there are still two connectors that don't have anywhere to hook to. I'm pretty sure they both go to the amp, but how do I get them connected to the new radio? The radio works but it sounds awful without all of it hooked up.

I'd try Crutchfield. They normally stock connectors that are needed for plug and play. I had an 01 Mustang and changed the radio out but I had the base radio and not the Mach.
