Is this the amp adapter i need for my mach??

Ok well my OE headunit has been on the fritz for awhile and im finally tired of the crappy music. Trying to figure out what harness i need so i can put in an aftermarket HU and still keep the factory amps and have it all sound good with the OE stuff. Heres the harness i found. Metra 70 5510 Ford 1986 00 Amp Integration Harness for Aftermarket Radio Install | eBay My question is is this what i need to do it? or is there more? and if there is what else do i need?? Thanks guys any help is much appreciated.....and yes im sure theres a thread related to this but i looked and could make heads or tails of any of it...

From what it looks like you should be good to go man. I never seen one like that with the pre-amps built into it before. I always got my wire harnesses from crutch field because they give the one that fits to keep the amps. Had an '02 mustang with the mach audio system. If you buy a hu from crutchfield they give you the harness for free. Something to keep in mind.
