2007 mustang making ticking noise thought it was stuck cd but still making noise

I just bought a 2007 v6 mustang and a cd was stuck in radio and making ticking noise that i thought was coming from the stuck cd! Got new sterio put in at best buy and its still making the ticking noise when Icrank the car up then it stops! If anyone else has had this problem please help! Thanks alot!

Is it a blend door actuator for the a/c? I had a clicking noise on start up that was caused by this on my 2011. Parts probably cost $30 and labor is probably an hour to replace
