Where to run cable through trunk for license plate camera

hi. i have the rca going from my head unit, through the car and into the trunk. i now have to get the cable to the outside of the car through the bumper and up behind the bumper cover and then behind the license plate where i will have to drill a small hole. is there any existing place that i can run the cable through the trunk? like a grommet used for some other existing wire? or, do i have to drill a new hole in the trunk to get to the outside? hopefully not. thanks for any help.

Camera wirez

Remove the trunk panel that has the trunk light. There is a grommet where the side markers and license plate light wires go, right side looking in. I did this on my 2014. There are some detailed instructions on the panel removal on a rear bumper cover removal youtube video, but it is some of those ### push pins and some plastic wing nuts. Main thing is to pull up on panel.
