Alarm Issues

Hey guys I'm having an issue with my 2013 v6 auto. Whenever I press my lock button twice to lock the car and sound the horn, my car alarm turns on a few seconds after. I got this problem a few days ago, after installing my LED map light, trunk light, and license plate light. Whenever I press once the car locks and the alarm doesn't turn on, but it's a habit that's grown on me to press it twice to ensure that the doors are all properly closed. Another issue I've had that's always been there is when I manually open the door the alarm turns on. I don't think my car has an aftermarket alarm considering I bought it brand new from the dealer, but one thing that's struck me as strange is that I have a little red light under my dash that lights up along with the light in the gauge. And whenever my alarm is set off, the redlight is almost steadily on with a bit of flickering; this has a button on the back of it that turns the light off and the horn sounds 3 times. Another thing that is strange is that the car honks when I close the trunk whilst the car is locked, the same way it honks when I press my lock button twice.

idk about the Stang, but from what I know about electronics the LED bulbs prob are not drawing enough current to toggle the solidstate relays......relays of that type need to have a draw or their state will not change from on to off.
the factory alarm does come with a led status light...I installed my alarm myself and mounted it right above the radio.
guess only but I like the guess.
