shaker 1000 debacle..

hi folks..thanks for letting me bend your ear new to the forum,,and have come here to seek knowledge from anybody that may be able to help..if here to say hello and looking forward to being an active member of this forum anyways!! here is my problem...i had a cd stuck in the 6 changer a few weeks back..took it to be repaired..they fixed it and that worked out well..BUT.. in doing so..they deleted or wiped out my shaker on/off does not even come up under menu anymore?? i have since got my money back as the place has no idea what happend and is very appologetic..apologys are NOT fixing my system though..ive called around including the dealer..all i get is..we can replace it with a new one for 500.00....HA! is there a way to reprogram this stereo? or am i hosed for good?? thanks for any advice, matt

I don't know anything about the Shaker system, but I will say that if it is now defective, look for an aftermarket head unit (radio).
