Powered Subwofer under seat?

Does anybody have a powered subwoofer under the passenger seat in a S197 covertible?

I put a Bazooka 6100 (6.5" 100w Tube) right behind the back seat (but I have a coupe). Works quite well, I had to tap into the leads from the Shaker sub amp.
