Question from an old man and radios?

My Son and I was talking about car stereo decks
and I think it was fast and furious movie with those
dash radio screens that showed engine gauges on the radio dash screen??
Question Is that Hollywood special effects or do they make radios
that show that info?

Bill

Hi Mr. Bill! Actually that is possible now. The new flat screen head units have blue tooth capability and there are programs that you can down load to show that information on the screen!! Cool huh!! Although I still like analog guages better though, real time information that won't get messed up by a battery issue!!

My youngest Son has been pestering me about tricking out my 06 Mustang GT ever since
I got it! hey dad this would be cool and oh ya look at this and ya that
we had a heated talk about the radio / gauges thing from that movie! I think he thinks im still 16 or somewhere around that age
I am at the point I am going to say here have the car it's yours and when your done tricking it out give it back

Use an OBD II Bluetooth adapter and an AP called Torque Pro on your phone....gauge away!
