Trunk light

On my 2011 GT it is the super base model version, but there isn't a light in the trunk. is there the same wiring harness in my car compared to a mustang that might have the upgreaded lighting?

thanks,
Clayton

Clayton,

The trunk lighting is not an additional extra or option from Ford. You definitely have lights in your trunk (just maybe not as bright as you'd like)

I'm pretty sure there is a trunk light. On my 2012 GT, its on the inner most wall closest to the decklid. It's right where you would be grabbing to lift the trunk mat up. Take a peek inside to see if maybe your bulb went bad.
