No power to aftermarket stereo (shaker 500)

Alright so before hand I hard wired a stereo to my s197, worked fine...took it out to put in my f150..car has sat for a couple months in the garage decided to get it out and drive again and bought a new stereo for it, this time bought the harness for aftermarket stereos's but im getting absolutly no power to it, and I even took back and exchanged a stereo on the off chance it was bad...I have all the manufactor wires wired back to (original factory plug) correctly I just don't understand, can't find a fuse or anything blown...and I apologise if this has already been posted and handled.
