Tire size?

I have a friend who has a set of used 215 70 R 14 BF Goodrich radial TAs in reasonably good condition. He is willing to gift them to me but am not sure if they’ll fit my stock 14” wheels on my 66 coupe. I’m currently running 205 70 R 14 hankooks which is the widest tire that is available in an online search. I like the look of the raised white letters with the styled wheel hubcaps. Any opinions? Will they fit?

215's will not fit on the front without rubbing.
205's are really as wide as you can go on the front of a 66.

15/5/1964 260 Manual Coupe.
23/3/1965 289 Manual Fastback.

I have a 66 fastback with 215 70 14 BFG TA tires on forever and I never had a tire rub front or rear even on rough pavement .. I remember tire salesman saying he had 225 on his without rub . So unless you have dead springs up front do not worry .
