Struts / Shocks

Is there struts / shocks, that do a good a job helping with Traction? If so would they still be decent on the street?

Yes. adjustables work great for that. set them to how you like them on the street, set them different at the track. I use tokico d-specs and koni yellows (in 2 different cars).

Strange single adjustables are good too and they are fairly affordable.

How hard is it adjust these between a street setting and strip setting, Or is possible to find a good happy medium between the two. will these even help from a like a 20 MPH roll? My main issue at this time, is since I installed the Kennebell my electronic transmission can not complete the 1-2 shift fast enough to keep me off my rev limiter, due to wheel spin

The Stranges have little knobs that turn 1 click at a time. Easy to adjust the fronts, just turn the wheel all the way, reach in and turn the knob. I run my fronts on setting 5 or 4 (street) or 2 (track). For street, rears on 5, for track rears on 5 (left) & 6 (right). Awesome weight transfer. Car dead hooks and seriously tries to lift the front end. It has even spun the rims in the tires. Picked up almost 5 tenths in the 1/4, mostly in the 60'.

^^yep, what he said. There are no tools required. If you're driving down the road and you decide to adjust the shocks & struts, just pull over, reach down, turn the knobs, and you'll be back on the road in 2 minutes or less! I love them!
