'66 coupe I purchased in 1966 at East Tennessee Ford in Knoxville, TN, on their used car lot with about 7000 miles on it.

It is vintage metallic burgundy with a black vinyl top, black pony interior, and interior and exterior decor groups. it has an automatic transmission.

I restored it in the 1980s for my son to drive in high school, which included repainting, a new vinyl top, new headliner and new interior, all of which I did myself. I decided I didn't want him to take it to college, so traded my '83 T-bird for a new 88 Civic for him. I started driving the Mustang again as a daily driver, until it was rear-ended a year or so later. I found someone who did a good job fixing it, and also some things that weren't done well in a bad wreck early in its life.

I'm in the process of restoring it again, which will include getting it repainted.
