how to get out of activated PATS?

hello all,

new in here please bear with me. I got a 2009 GT500 in the shop today for a rear gear change to 3.73's.

after that we only did a read entire of PCM in preparation to correct speedo and car suddenly went for whatever unknown reason into I believe PATS mode. I can lock and unlock doors with remote, all light come on dash board but it won't crank or start. I do see the red theft deterrent lamp come. However I can also no longer read the OBD2 port or write to PCM so i can't pull any codes either.

so far no write or change has been done to PCM, we just read out PCM which HPtuner like done a million times or so.

is there a sequence or methode to get it out of PATS, I got both keys from customer. There is no Ford dealer here in Europe who would know a thing about that.

so far tried:
-disconnecting battery for 15 minutes
-checked all fuses
-battery is full
-kill switch is not activated
-no changes to PCM have been made (wanted to but did let me anymore)

I would be glad if anymore could give me some tips to get car going again.

PS.. it is a stick and yes I did step on clutch when starting....
