I would say the Mustang but the only way to really find out is to find a track and make a friendly bet

Why is this in the GT500 area..?

Why not drive out to a seldom used road, and find out the fun way..? Don't hurt any trees though.

both pretty close is weight, horsepower's the same. but the mustang has more torque. the gts has 200, while the stang has 240, which is what will really get you off the line quicker.

to even keep up w/ you in the automatic, which is quite respectable, especially with a tune, he'd have to shift the mitsu like a pro...

and yeah, this is the gt500 forum. i would have a mod move this to the 05-10 v6 talk forum.

2006 Mustang GT: 5-speed (was auto)
Show: Hood scoop // Side Scoops // Louvers // GT500 Spoiler // Rear diffuser insert // Stripes // Mustang trunk letters // Interior goodies.
Go: JLT intake // J&M LCA's // J&M UCA // Strut tower brace // FRPP Front Lower Control Arm Brace // Pro 5.0 Shifter with MGW blue striped shift ball.
Flow: Flowmaster American Thunders.
Stereo: Pioneer DEH 2200ub.
Oh and of course, the lead foot mod
