123mm Carbon Fiber Air Intake System for shelby 2010

i replace the stock intake with 123mm Carbon Fiber Air Intake System but my car it was running in 8 psi after i change the intake it reduce to 6 psi


why ?

Did you change anything else when you installed the new CAI? ie TB or plenum? Double check your connections and vacuum hoses, could be a boost leak if so.

I installed the same setup recently, no problems.

no only the intake ,but when i told them in the company they said it ok same power with less boost

but i think there is problem

Just adding the new CAI then won't affect your boost level - something doesn't add up there. What about your S/C belt - check around the pulley area for any black dust buildup. If so, the belt could be slipping and that would cause you to lose boost.
