Headlight light bulbs for the Shelby

Mysnake here; I had a neighbor back into the shelby last week. Its not real bad but they are replacing the front facia and bumper. While thats all off, I thought of replacing the head lights with the "good ones" checked the price from Ford $2200 a set. Changed my mind of course. What do you all think of just replacing the light bulbs with some better ones ??? I would like to do it while its all apart. Send me some suggestions

At $2200 a set it's a steal! I highly recommend buying 2 sets just in case the first one develops issues...NOT smart man for walking away from that price, that's obscene.
Silverstars offer cleaner brighter light output than OEM, I changed mine on my '11 5.0 GTCS and also very slightly, lifted the aim in low UP by a turn and a half on the adjusting screws as per manual and the difference is excellent. Part of the problem is that factory settings are aimed a tad too low,AND the stock bulbs are a lil too weak and warm (yellowish).
Im not suggesting the difference is like stock light output to a HID setup, and visibility is vastly improved overall!

2011 GTCS Candy Red;Premium leather interior package, Remote start, security package, upgraded speakers, 6MT 3:55. 35% tint all around, Borla "S" axle backs, & clear corners.
The rest is all FORD
