x-pipe will have a raspy sound to it, H-pipe will have deeper growl.

Nothing wrong with Bassani, except Borla offers 3 choices of axle backs on what you want to "hear", and if you got any power at all the last choice will certainly turn the heads of the fuzz.

Beware of eliminating the cat's. We put 3in Bassani on a 2010 GT500 which we turned the motor into a super snake pushing nearly 700 rwhp, and it was NOT GOOD tooling around with the cabin noise, so we put the cats back in to knock it down to bearable.

X or H? We are now in the process of turning a 2013 GT500's motor into a suiper snake, and went with Borla on the middle axle back system offered. We had a choice on the X or H, and Borla suggested that going with the stock 5.8 exhaust manifold, we use the X pipe. If we were installing headers the suggestion was the H pipe. Didn't go into details, but assume dyno runs said something about the matter. Pappy.
