200 MPH Speedometer

Does anyone know if there is a aftermarket speedometer that reads 200 MPH, like the 2013 GT500 has? I have a 2008 GT500 to put it in.

I don't know about one, but...

Mine goes to 140, and they left out every other ten, so I have to guess at how fast I am going when near 30, 50, 70, 90, 110, and 130. Adding another 60 mph wouldn't even leave room for the ticks between 10, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, and 200. That and the thing is so far up into those tunnels, I can't read it with sun glasses on. There's no point in even looking at it in the day time, even with the lights all the way up.

My neighborhood speed limit is 25, and we live 2 miles off the main drag, two blocks from City Hall, and the police station. My speedometer doesn't have a 25.

EDIT: I had somebody's name in there that was not (I don't think) secretary of transportation after all.

A few weeks ago, somebody on craigslist WTB'd for an original 85 mph speedometer out of a 1988 5.0 Mustang GT. I had a '88 5.0 LX with an 85 mph speedometer back in 1988-95, then I had kids, and three dogs instead. The 55 was also painted RED so we would all remember what the National Speed Limit was. Some cars had speedo's where the red 55 was HUGE in comparison to the other less efficient numbers. The 5.0 LX would still do 130, but wtf...

That was back when a whacko named Xxxx Xxxxx was the secretary of transportation. It was her idea that we would all be safe if our speedometer's only went to 85, so she had congress make a rule. Following that logic, the only mod we'd need is a speedometer with MORE and BIGGER, 3 digit numbers. "I don need no stinkin' supercharger, my speedo goes to 893"

Sorta like in Spinal Tap: "These go to 11."

I believe the Saleen S-281SC had a 200mph speedo in the 2005-2009 GT body style, but I may be mistaken.

Mine actually goes to 220 mph. I remember my '71 6 cylinder Firebird having a 160 mph speedo in it. That always struck me as funny. Anyway, the switch may be more trouble and cost than it is worth unless you really need it.
